Founded in February 2025 by Mia Bivenour, a lifelong animal lover and devoted pet parent, Critters Ranch is a women-owned business built from pure passion and big dreams. Our goal? Mia grew up surrounded by wagging tails, tiny paws, and all the joy that pets bring. From a young age, she knew she wanted to make a difference in the lives of animals everywhere. With a heart full of love and a vision for a better future in the pet industry, she created Critters Ranch.

Meet Mia our CEO and Owner

Mia Bivenour is the founder and driving force behind the brand. An animal lover since childhood, Mia has always had a deep passion for caring for animals of all kinds, from furry companions to scaly friends.

Through years of research and hands-on experience with her own pets, Mia discovered that many pet products on the market contain ingredients and materials that may be unsafe. Rather than accepting the status quo, she chose to take action. Driven by her lifelong love for animals and a commitment to their wellbeing, Mia created a company rooted in safety, education, and transparency.

Her mission is to offer thoughtfully selected pet products that prioritize health, quality, and trust, while empowering pet parents to make informed and confident choices. Every product reflects her belief that all pets deserve to be cared for with intention, integrity, and love.

Fun Facts About the Founder

• Mia is certified in Pet CPR and First Aid, reinforcing her commitment to animal safety and preparedness.

• She is a proud pet parent to a dog named Skye and a cat named Thunder.

• She also cares for three reptiles: two bearded dragons, Leo and Ivy, and a crested gecko named Apollo.

• Outside of animal care, Mia enjoys spending time with friends and family, creating educational animal content, and continuing to grow her knowledge in business and financial literacy.
